By using PaidPartners, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before signing up or participating in any campaigns.

What PaidPartners Does

PaidPartners connects brands with creators for paid posts on X. We act as a matchmaking and coordination layer — facilitating introductions, managing campaign details, and streamlining the collaboration process.

For Creators

  • You set your own rates and pricing for sponsored content.
  • You choose which campaigns to accept — there is no obligation to participate in any campaign offered to you.
  • You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish.
  • You are responsible for complying with X's terms of service and any applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

For Brands

  • PaidPartners charges a service fee on the brand side. Creator payouts are separate from service fees.
  • Campaign details, timelines, and deliverables should be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Brands may not repurpose creator content beyond the agreed scope without the creator's consent.

Payments

Payments are processed via third-party providers, which may include Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. PaidPartners is not a payment processor and is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.

Account Termination

PaidPartners reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent their identity or audience, or otherwise act in bad faith.

Limitation of Liability

PaidPartners is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes between brands and creators, content performance, or any damages arising from the use of our service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PaidPartners after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
